Common questions

How many 50 kg bags are in one metric ton?

Twenty. One metric ton is 1,000 kg, so 1,000 ÷ 50 = 20 bags. For 25 kg bags it is 40.

How much nitrogen is in a ton of urea?

Granular urea is specified at 46% nitrogen minimum, so one metric ton supplies at least 460 kg of nitrogen.

What does 18-46-0 mean on DAP?

It is the nutrient grade: 18% nitrogen, 46% phosphate (P₂O₅) and 0% potash (K₂O).

Are these figures guaranteed?

They use the minimum values in our published specifications and are for planning only. Final quantities and packing are confirmed in the contract.
